What should I do if my print is damaged during transport?

What should I do if my print is damaged during transport?

If your 3D print arrives damaged or broken, don’t worry—I’ll work with you to make it right! Here’s what to do:

Steps to Take:

  1. Inspect the Damage – Check if the print has cracks, warping, or missing parts.

  2. Take Photos – Snap clear pictures of the damage for reference.

  3. Contact Me ASAP – Let me know about the issue, and share the photos if possible.

  4. Replacement or Repair Options – Depending on the damage, I can:
Reprint the item (if the issue occurred during transit).
Provide guidance on fixes, such as gluing, sanding, or reinforcement for minor damages.

I want to ensure that you get a high-quality print, so if there’s a problem, I’ll make sure it’s addressed!
